GENERAL INFORMATION
How do you use your wax melts?
Simply place 1 or 2 wax melts on top of your oil/wax burner, place a lit tealight candle in the cavity of your burner and await the lovely fragrance to fill your room once the wax has fully melted.

How long does the fragrance last?
Our wax are made with as much high quality fragrance oil as the wax will hold.
As fragrance is affected by many outside factors from the tealight quality to the actual warmer/melter used, and of course your own individual preference of a scent at some are stronger than others, we can only go by time our own testing and feedback received, we therefore expect each of our melts to produce between 6 - 12 hours of scent this does depend on size small or large.

How do you remove the wax?
When your fragrance has left the wax and you are ready for a fresh burst of fragrance then there are various ways to remove the wax.
The first which many find the easiest is to light another tealight under the hardened wax for roughly a minute, this should just loosen the wax enough to push out of the burner. Then simply wipe out with kitchen roll.
Another way is to place the unlit burner in the fridge/freezer which will make the wax go very hard then it can be pushed out.
Thirdly melt the whole wax again and soak up with kitchen roll, ensuring you take care with the warm wax and dispose in appropriate refuse bin.

What is soy wax?
Soy wax is a vegetable wax made from the oil of soybeans. After harvesting, the beans are cleaned, cracked, de-hulled, and rolled into flakes. The oil is then extracted from the flakes and hydrogenated.
The hydrogenation process converts some of the fatty acids in the oil from unsaturated to saturated. This process dramatically alters the melting point of the oil, making it a solid at room temperature. The leftover bean husks are commonly used as animal feed.
All the soy wax we use is sustainable with absolutely no GM crops or other additives used and is suitable for vegans, none of our products or ingredients are tested on animals.
Soy wax also gives a more clean burn and no waxy smell once the fragrance has ceased,
